TODAY WE ARE RETHINKING TRADE TO MEET MODERN CONSUMER DEMANDS. THE STABLE DEMAND FOR FOOD PRODUCTS AND THE GROWING DEMAND FOR ORGANIC PRODUCTS MOTIVATE THE PRODUCERS TO TAKE RESOLUTE ACTIONS. ONE OF THE EVENT’S TASKS IS TO EMPHASIZE TWO KEY ASPECTS:

1

PROCESSING FOOD RAW MATERIALS IS PRIMARILY AIMED AT PRESERVING THE NUTRIENTS AND COMPOUNDS FOR HUMANS IN THE FINAL PRODUCTS AND BEVERAGES. WHEN PROCESSING FOOD RAW MATERIALS, THE TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES AND MODES SHOULD BE OPTIMAL IN TERMS OF PRESERVATION AND ACCUMULATION OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES.

2

ORGANIC TRADE IS THE ORGANIC PRODUCT CIRCULATION WHICH MUST TAKE PLACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL TRADE WITH MAXIMUM CONTROL OVER THEIR OBSERVANCE.
